I currently have goddard, heppell, gibbs, hanley, duffield and birchall (thurlow and pittard). Vlastuin is in my mids so i was thinking I could sell birch and upgrade him to a mid premo and put vlas in my mids? Good choice or not?

It depends. Who do you have in mind? Even though Birch's average is 87, he hasn't scored anything above that since round four. His average is greatly inflated from a good start to the season, but he's been nothing but disappointing since.
